I noticed all the homes I've seen does not have centralized A/C. Why? Have a A/C protruding from the wall is such an eye-sore and takes away the look of a room. Also, I've mentioned this before, but design of homes are like an extension of an office space than a home. A commonality of home featured have wood or marble tile. It is okay, but the architect should use other material for flooring. The color palette for the tile flooring is boring. It is either white or grey. These color choices does not give an impression of warmth to home.

Baka pwede maka free ng masters bed room....sana lahat ng room...black or dark brown... Love ko yung color ng,mga doors...at tinted glass...

I'm a home design architect and my wife is an Interior Designer here in the States. The following is our take on the featured home: The projecting outlet from the counter top is silly. What not just place the outlet on the side? Having vaulted ceiling so high is not efficient for cooling or warming the home. Wasted space. I would not like to have an elevator due to notorious brown-outs there in the Philippines. I would.hate to be in the elevator during a brown-out. Also, the elevator has to be maintained. The countertop for the kitchen counter looks like formica. Why not use marble and round the edges for a softer look. Regarding the bathrooms, why are the shower doors entirely clear glass. There is no privacy. At least have the middle of the glass panels frosted,. The house has a lot of windows, Are the glass double-pane for keeping the house cool during the hot days and warm during the cold nights? Homes shown are NOT energy efficient. Regarding the interior design, the color palette selected is muted and boring. Various brown-tone is used throughout the home.

questions please. Was this house built on empty ground or was there a house that was rehabilitated? How many square feet or sqm? And sure this house is not for sale but to duplicate it, how much? LOL...everyone wants to know costs.

Julia doesn't seem to know much about technical design. Her descriptions are just "so nice" and "gorgeous" focusing only on obvious elements. Before giving tours, she should learn more about design. Without mentioning the materials, you can't know the house's true value. If cheap materials are used, it might not be worth buying, no matter how nice it looks.

Nakadikit sa ibang house? una palang un agad napansin ko which is for me is off since privacy is a must for me. Maganda sana kung may malawakk na space between house and the barricade para walang makakita/rinig sa inyo

There are times when i looked at the curtains as completely perfecting the ambiance but this one is an eyes sore for me not sure why... lol> lil too much maybe?

That wooden design cat walk ledge at 19:36 stamp looks unsafe and dangerous for anyone to walk on, the drop off is deadly. Why would anyone wants this design in their house ? The archirects, designers and engineers don't consider safety because i see many house designs in the philippines that does not consider safety of the public. Accident can happen.

I get the elegant finish and three floors, but this is so expensive for a 42-sqm lot. Tapos di man lang nilagyan ng glass enclosure yung shower areas. Saw a similarly priced and designed townhouse in Las Pinas pero more than twice yung size ng lupa, tapos inside secure subdivision pa.
